Casa "Suor Angela Molari"
The house is located at Via Flaminia 225, in Rimini, Colonnella area, a stone's throw from the center of the city. It is a historic house, not only for its antiquity, but for its history, because here began the foundation of the Servant of God, Sr. Angela Molari, who accepted all the girls who manifested signs of a religious vocation. After a few years, the Servant of God, Sr. Angela Molari returned with some Sisters to this house, where she lived until her death on November 21, 1887. Later, the Sisters left this house and joined those of the Monastery in Santarcangelo. The school continued to be managed and administered by the Sisters until the 30th of June, 1997, after which the management was entrusted to the C.L. (Communion and Liberation), with a loan and a building contract. On January 16, 2002 the loan contract was passed on to the Parish of the Maria Annunziata, with the management that started on September 1, 2002 and terminated on August 31, 2007. During the summer of the same year, the parish priest, Don Antonio Moro was asked to return the management of the school (the year in which the fusion of our congregation was made), given the presence of some Sisters who are teachers, to continue the management of the school. Now, the school is in full bloom again with a good reputation, and God’s help and graces, coupled with our enthusiasm and good will, we hope to continue running it, and improve it all the more.
