The old Cebu Hope Center was relocated in San Jose, Talamban Cebu City when it was ejected from Banilad, a property under the local government since the term of perpetual lease contracted with the late Doña Maria Aboitiz had already lapsed several years ago. In respect of the memory of their philanthropic mother, the Aboitiz sibling through the Aboitiz Foundation sustained the work and built a new edifice where the Sisters and the children can stay, stipulating new set of rules and reorganizing the whole program based on the Aboitiz system.
